Lemon Tahini Sauce / Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 c tahini

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp water

2 clove garlic, minced

salt

pepper


Method

Mince garlic and combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
