Quick Florida Key Lime Pie

Makes 6-8 servings

1 graham cracker Pie crust
15 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 egg yolks
½ cup Key Lime juice (available in most large supermarkets)
Whipped Cream

Pre – heat oven to 325oF.  Lightly whip the yolks in a bowl.
Whisk in the condensed milk and lime juice.
Place the crust on a cookie sheet.
Pour in the mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
Cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate at least two hours.
At service time, top the entire pie with whipped cream and slice.
