2 - 6 3/4 oz cans Pineapple Tidbits - drained SAVE juice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Steps
Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make 2 cups
In large bowl, mix 2 cups boiling water with Jello until Jello powder is completely dissolved
Add juice/water to bowl mix and refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours or till soft-gel stage
Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or til set - best if overnight.
Enjoy!

Method
Make jello according to package directions using saved Juice & water for amount of cold water called for in directions.
Put jello in fridge until "soft gel" stage forms
Remove from fridge and add remaining ingredients. Return to fridge until completely set.
Good if made day before.
If using mold, put mold in warm water for a minute or so - put serving plate on top of mold and turn over. - Then hope that it comes out nice and neat!
