Ingredients
1 bag of mini-marshmallows
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 box lemon jello
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
Steps
Allow cream cheese to soften a little
Whip pineapple juice with cream cheese
Boil 1 cup of water
Mix crushed pineapple in with cream cheese
Dissolve Jello into cup of water
Pour hot onto cream cheese mixture
Mix the entire mixture
Once smooth, add layer of marshmallows to top (some will
sink into mixture but allow top of layer to remain above mixture level)
Chill 3-4 hours before serving, best if chilled overnight
Prep-time 15 minutes
Prepare at least 3-4 hours before serving
